Recipe: 3 Days Of Salsa

This is the start of three days of salsa recipes. This, of course, will be recipe number one. The three recipes came from three different people, and all believe they have the perfect salsa recipe. Each have won bragging rights, once, amongst the friends. But neither have won it more than once when we used to have ladies night with chips and salsa. I'm very curious to see the comments and see if anyone likes one more than the other and can help reclaim bragging rights to one lucky person, one day.

The first recipe makes about 3 cups and some items needed are tomatoes, green onions w/tops, green bell pepper, lime juice, fresh cilantro, jalapeno, garlic cloves, and salt.

Combine in a serving bowl 3 medium sized tomatoes that have been chopped, 1/2 cup of sliced green onions,1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno, 3 cloves of garlic chopped, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Mix well and refrigerate.
