Recipe: Guacamole Dip

Most places serve guacamole nowadays. Whether sliced or as a dip, most people find them delicious. My family would be those type of people. It can be expensive in some restaurants or as an add-on to a meal. My husband has tried many recipe's and with several tweaks he has made one he claims is the best.

Some items that are needed are avocados, lemon, tomato, sour cream, cilantro, onion, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Slice 2 large avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon and put into bowl. Mash until smooth.

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 small chopped tomato, and 1 teaspoon of salt to avocados and mix well.

Add 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro to the bowl and mix that well.

Spoon dip into a serving bowl and serve with chips or vegetables,
