Recipe: Wrapped Green Beans

I've always loved green beans. I'll eat peas, but they aren't my favorite. My twin loves peas and doesn't really care for green beans, go figure. The most common way we eat them are regular cut green beans that are tossed in a pan and boiled for a few minutes with a dash of salt. However, there are times when we want to kick them up a notch. This is the recipe for those times.

Some items needed are bacon, green beans, Italian dressing, and Cajun spices.

Preheat oven to 350*F.

Take 1 pound of fresh green beans and place in a bowl.

Cover the green beans with a small bottle of Italian dressing and mix well to coat all the beans.

Take 1 thawed package of bacon and separate.

Take a handful of beans, about 7 or 8, and roll each one in a piece of bacon.

Place bundles in a cooking dish about 9x13 and sprinkle Cajun spice seasoning on top of each bundle.

Cook in oven for 30 minutes and wah-lah!
